摘要
近30a来,随着科技发展,新药的研发上市,结直肠癌的5a生存率逐步提高.目前,结直肠癌的主要治疗模式是以手术为主,结合化疗、放疗的综合治疗方法.近几年来,一些分子靶向药物也崭露头角.主要对近几年来结肠癌的诊断和治疗进展做一综述.
In recent 30 years, with progressive researches and development and application of new drugs, the five-year survival rate has been gradually increasing. Currently, the main treatment for colorectal cancer is surgery, combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment. In recent years, a number of molecular targeted drugs have also been developed. This review makes a overview focusing on the recent progress of diagnosis and treatment of colorctal cancer
