右前纵隔巨大胸腺瘤合并纯红再障1例报道

摘要患者，女，47岁，困反复头昏、乏力、胸闷、气促2月，加重2周，于2010年4月4日收入红河州第一人民医院血液科．既往体健，家族中无类似患者．查体：T37．2℃，P90次／min，R20次／min，BPl00／60mmHg（1mmHg=0．133Kpa）．
