摘要
针对江苏工区钻井液技术现状及存在问题,探讨了井壁失稳的原因,结合目前国内外钻井液技术发展趋势,提出了研究应用高性能钻井液技术的解决途径。在室内实验研究方面,研制成功了新型高性能钻井液体系主剂(有机胺强抑制剂),并开展了钻井液体系配套处理剂优选研究、钻井液体系配方与性能优选、油层保护性能和环保等综合性能评价,各项技术指标均达到要求后进行了三口井的现场试验。通过现场应用,与江苏工区在用钻井液体系相比,具有体系简化,钻井液成本降低,能有效地预防井下复杂情况的发生,有利于发现和保护储层及满足环保要求等优良性能,钻井液的良好性能使机械钻速有明显的提高。
Aiming at the present situation and problems of drilling fluid technology in Jiangsu work area, this paper explored the reasons for borehole instability. And combined with the development at home and abroad, this paper also put forward the solutions for the research and development of high performance drilling fluid technology. By laboratory experiment, new high performance drilling fluid system agents (organic amines strong inhibitors) were successfully developed. Optimization of treating chemical and the formula and performance of drilling fluid system and overall performance evaluation of reservoir and environmental protection were carried out. After all technical indicators reached the requirements, the new system was applied in field test of three wells. Field application indicate that compared with the current used drilling fluid system in Jiangsu work area, the new system is simpli- fied and can cut down the cost. It can also prevent the occurrence of complex downhole situation more effectively, help to discover and protect reservoir and meet enviromnental requirements. Excellent performance can significantly increase the ROP.
