摘要
通过对影响机械钻速的钻井液因素及提高机械钻速的钻井液途径的分析,针对江苏工区提高机械钻速的钻井液工作现状,结合苏北工区的特点,提出苏北工区提高机械钻速的钻井液技术途径和发展方向。重点阐述从提高钻井液抑制性,减少压持效应,降低固相含量,改变岩石强度和钻井液的表面活性等方面的优化工艺,实现提高机械钻速的目的,为类似油田提速提效起到一定的借鉴意义。
By the analysis of the factors on ROP of the drilling fluid, aiming at the status of North Jiangsu work area, and combined with the stratigraphie features there, this paper proposes the technology approach and development direction for improving ROP. This paper mainly expounds the optimization processes of improving drilling fluid inhibition, reducing the chip hold down effects, decreasing the solid content and changing rock strength and drilling fluid surfactant to achieve the goals of increasing ROP. It also lays the foundation for the ROP and efficiency of similar oilfields.
