肺炎链球菌临床检验规程的共识 被引量：22

摘要 肺炎链球菌是临床重要的致病菌，除可引起鼻窦炎和中耳炎外，更是引起脑膜炎、肺炎、败血症等严重疾病的首位病原菌。此外，肺炎链球菌引起的感染常导致严重后遗症，如肺炎链球菌引起的化脓性脑膜炎的神经系统后遗症为30％～52％，包括听力丧失、局灶性神经功能缺损和认知功能障碍。
