养阴平艾方治疗HIV感染者疗效及安全性研究

To observe and compare the curative effect and drug safety of Yangyinpingai prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine water decoction and free decoction

目的:观察比较养阴平艾方水煎剂与免煎剂的疗效及安全性。方法:选择HIV感染者40例,随机分为治疗组18例和对照组22例。治疗组给予养阴平艾方免煎剂15g口服,一日二次;对照组给予养阴平艾方水煎剂150ml口服,一日二次,两组治疗周期均为3个月。结果:两组剂型中医症状积分、卡诺夫斯基积分、CD4+T淋巴细胞的比较差异无统计学意义。两组剂型患者血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞、血小板、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮的变化均在正常范围内,未见不良影响。结论:养阴平艾方水煎剂与免煎剂的疗效及安全性无显著差异,从方便服用,便于储藏、携带的角度考虑,免煎剂值得推广运用。

To observe and compare the curative effect and drug safety of different forms of traditional chinese medicine of Yangyinpingai prescriptions. Methods： 40 cases of HIV infections were collected and then randomly divided into 2 groups, according to different treatments respectively of traditional chinese medicine water decoction 150ml and free decoction 15g in 3 months. Results： （1）Compared with two groups, patients clinical symptoms total scores, Kanosiky integral calculus and CIM ＋ T cell count, differences were not statistically signifi- eant（P 〉0.05）. （2） Between two groups of patients, changes of HGB, RBC, WBC, PLT, ALT, AST, BUN, Cr both in normal range as- sessment. Conclusion： Yangyinpingai prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine water decoction and free decoction were taking safety and the curative effects were no statistical differences.
