非编码RNA和缺血性脑损伤

Noncoding RNAs and Ischemic Brain Damage

摘要 ncRNAs是决定器官和细胞特异性蛋白转录和翻译的主要调控者同时由于ncRNAs在脑组织的丰富分布和对功能的重要调节作用,因此,ncRNAs和缺血性脑损伤的关系引起了研究者的关注。文章综述了ncRNAs和缺血性脑损伤相关性研究的一些报道,认为未来研究的方向应该是ncRNAs与缺血性脑损伤发生机制之间的关系.缺血性脑损伤的治疗研究应该从ncRNAs对RNA转录、转录后、RNA翻译调控以及DNA再编码(recoding)等方面着手。 Non-coding RNAs play a crucial role in the regulation of the transcription and trans- lation of organic or cellular specific proteins. The rich distribution of ncRNAs in brain and its regula- tory role in brain function prompt the researchers to investigate the role of ncRNAs in ischemic brain damage. We reviewed the relevant studies on the association of ncRNAs and ischemlc brain damage and believed that future studies should be directed toward the underlying mechanism by which ncR- NAs are involved in the development of brain ischemia. By examining the regulation of ncRNAs in transcription, post-transcription and translation of RNA, and DNA recoding, promising strategies will be available for the treatment of ischemic brain damage.
