减压烘干法测定油脂类种子含水量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 减压烘干法是利用减压条件下,水的沸点也相应降低的原理来测定种子的含水量的一种方法,因此该方法适合于测定油脂类种子的含水量。本实验研究了烘干温度和烘干时间对减压烘干法测定结果的影响。结果表明:随着烘干时间的延长或烘干温度的升高,减压烘干法所测的含水量也在升高。在压强为0.01 MPa下,12份供试种子中,有11份种子在85℃温度下烘干21 h后所测得的含水量已基本达平衡。在上述条件下,本次所选用的8份油脂类种子所测得的含水量结果均比低恒温烘干法结果偏低。4份非油脂类种子中,只有刺槐种子减压烘干法所测得的含水量与低恒温法结果差异显著,其它3份种子两种测定方法下的含水量结果差异不显著。 Decompression drying method is a method that makes the sample drying under the conditions of reduced pressure. When the sample is under the conditions of reduced pressure, it can lower drying temperature, so this method is suitable with the samples which have low melting point, instability under high temperature. In this paper, systematic study was conducted to explore the influence of temperature oven and total time of drying. With the increasing of drying temperature and time, the moisture content tested by decompression drying method increased as well. Under the pressure of 0.01 MPa, among 12 species of seeds, 11 species' moisture content became balanced after 21 hours of drying at the temperature of 85 ℃. Under the conditions mentioned above, the moisture content of these 8 oily seeds species by decompression drying method were lower than those under low constant temperature oven method. Among 4 non-oily seeds, only the moisture content of locust seeds was significantly different between decompression drying method and low constant temperature oven method. The other 3 species showed no significantly different under the two ways.
