赣州市章贡区和上高县女性恶性肿瘤流行情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis on epidemiological status of female malignant tumors in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city and Shanggao county

目的:了解赣州市章贡区和上高县女性恶性肿瘤发病情况,为当地恶性肿瘤防治提供参考。方法:分析赣州市章贡区和上高县2009年女性恶性肿瘤发病报告数据,计算主要肿瘤的发病率、顺位、累积率和截缩率等指标。结果:2009年赣州市章贡区女性居民恶性肿瘤报告粗发病率为157.72/10万,35～64岁女性截缩率为236.68/10万;上高县女性恶性肿瘤粗发病率为116.58/10万,35～64岁女性截缩率为150.21/10万;赣州市章贡区女性恶性肿瘤发病率高于上高县(P<0.05);乳腺癌、肺癌是赣州市章贡区和上高县女性发病率前两位的恶性肿瘤。结论:乳腺癌、肺癌及消化系统恶性肿瘤应成为赣州市章贡区和上高县女性居民恶性肿瘤防治的重点。

Objective： To understand the prevaiences of female malignant tumors in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city andShanggao county, and provide reference for preventing and treating malignant tumors. Methods： The data reported of female malignant tumors in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city and Shanggao county were analyzed, the morbidities, ranks, accumulative rates, and truncated incidence rates of major tumors were calculated. Results： The crude incidence rate of malignant tumors among female residents in Zhang- gong district of Ganzhou city in 2009 was 157.72/100 000, the truncated incidence rate among 35 -64 -year old women was 236. 68/100 000; the crude incidence rate of malignant tumors among female residents in Shanggao county was 116. 58/100 000, the truncated incidence rate among 35 - 64 - year old women was 150. 21/100 000 ; the incidence rate of female malignant tumors in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city was statistically significantly higher than that in Shanggao county （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; breast cancer and lung cancer were the two two malignant tumors among women in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city and Shanggao county. Conclusion： Breast cancer, lung cancer, and malignant tumors of digestive system should become to be the key points of prevention and treatment of malignant tumors among female residents in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city and Shanggao county.
