血管性血友病因子裂解酶与妊娠期血小板减少及胎儿结局的关系 被引量：2

摘要 胎儿时期是人类一种特殊的生命状态，通过脐带、胎盘与母体进行物质交换，维系生长发育的需要。妊娠期母体处于高凝状态，大部分凝血因子、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、纤溶酶原增加，血小板计数可增加，血容量也较大，也易并发妊娠相关性疾病。
