所有制结构视角下的经济结构调整——基于台州与哈尔滨的比较研究

Ownership Structure from the Perspective of Economic Restructuring——The Comparative Study of Harbin and Taizhou

通过对台州与哈尔滨两地经济发展状况的实地调研发现,台州与哈尔滨由于自然条件约束不同而形成经济发展所有制结构的不同,从而直接导致了台州经济发展迅速而哈尔滨经济发展滞后的局面。由此得出,哈尔滨经济发展必须从所有制结构入手进行经济结构调整,当务之急是大力发展民营经济,并借鉴台州发展民营经济的成功经验,结合哈尔滨的实际情况提出哈尔滨当下发展民营经济的对策建议。

The investigation of the economic development in Harbin and Taizhou reveals that due to constrains of natural conditions of these two places, the ownership structure in the economic develop- ment is completely different, leading to the rapid economic development in Taizhou and the lagging behind in Harbin. The economic development of Harbin must start from the economic restructuring of the ownership structure, and it is imperative to develop the private economy, and to learn from the successful experience of Taizhou combined with the actual situation in Harbin to propose mea- sures and suggestions.
