挤压生产线热剪铝长棒加热炉设计

摘要 为进一步降低铝合金型材的生产成本,解决困扰企业多年的计算棒长问题,设计并改造了铝型材生产中的铝长棒热剪切加热炉。介绍了该加热炉的设计思路及燃烧方式、热风循环系统、铝棒加入方式、送出机构、剪切机构等部分的结构和工作原理,并与传统的铝锭坯加热炉作了比较,对该炉给企业带来的经济效益作了分析。 In order to reduce the production cost of aluminum alloy profile production and solve the calculation of aluminum ingot length which puzzled enterprise for many years, the long aluminum ingot heating furnace in front of the ingot cutting shear has been designed and reconstructed in the aluminum profile production line. The design and working principle, burning way, hot-air cycling system, aluminum ingot feeding and pulling-off mechanism of the furnace have been introduced, the shear construction has been introduced as well. The traditional and new constructed aluminum ingot heating furnaces have been compared with each other. The enterprise economic benefit gained by the new constructed furnace has been analyzed.
