摘要
针对龙开口水电站厂房蜗壳二期混凝土施工中的难点问题,通过合理调整分层、蜗壳座环阴角区预埋泵管以及实施内部降温等有效措施,保证了大体积混凝土的施工质量,有效解决了机电安装与土建施工相互干扰的问题,对整个工程工期顺利实现起到了至关重要的作用。
For solving the problems in the construction of phase-II concrete of scroll cases in Longkaikou Hydropower Station, some measures such as adjusting construction pouring layer reasonably, pre-embedding pump tube in internal corner section of seat ring and applying internal cooling are implemented. These measures guarantee the quality of mass concrete construction and effectively remove the interference of civil construction on mechanical and electrical installation. The rapid construction technologies play a crucial role in meeting the requirement on project duration.
