摘要
随着政府主导的产业结构调整的推进和劳动力流动性的加强,产业空间分布发生变化,对产业集聚效应也相应产生影响。本文利用2007年中国地级市二位数工业行业数据和空间计量经济模型对这一问题进行实证研究,发现产业集聚效应的确存在而且没有外溢到相邻地区,但这一效应随着产业空间分布的均匀而减弱。进一步的研究表明,产业集聚效应的发挥必须有劳动力自由流动作为基础。
With the implementing of government-dominated industrial restructuring and increasing labor mobility, the geographic distribution of industries experiences changes, which has an impact on the industrial agglomeration effect. In this paper, we use China＇s city-level data of industrial sub-sectors in 2007 and spatial econometric models to discuss this question and＇find that industrial agglomeration effect does exist and does not spillover to adjacent areas, but this effect weakens as the industries distributes more evenly. Further studies shows that labor mobility plays a very important role in this process.
