摘要
长期以来法国工程师培养模式一直在国际上享有盛誉。严格的选拔和淘汰制度,是保证工程师教育高质量的条件之一。引进法国工程师培养模式并使其本土化过程中,由于中、法两国的高等教育体制不同,学生的分流淘汰成为一个非常棘手的问题。本文对该问题产生的原因进行了分析,并提出解决的方法。
France has enjoyed its international reputation for engineers training for many years. In order to ensure an engineering education of good quality, the French institutions have adopted a firm admission and elimination policy for their candidates, However, as the French pedagogic method for engineering education is introduced to China, which has a different educational system from France, the re-orien- tation of the students whose abilities are incommensurate to this kind of training has been taken as a tough test for many Chinese educators. This paper aims to discuss the causes and also to propose some solutions to the problem of the French pedagogic localization in China.
