摘要
本文基于美国理海大学新生研讨课和本科生专业课培训交流活动的见闻和体验,结合其他美国高校和欧洲典型研究型高校对工科新生研讨课的课程设置和教学成功经验,对国外工科新生研讨课教学、本科专业课教学、人才培养模式、课程管理等方面的先进经验进行总结和探讨,并对国内工科高等教育提出相关思考与建议。
Based on a short-time international study on freshman seminar course and undergraduate special ized course in Lehigh University, the advanced lessons on teaching methodology and educational phi losophy in engineering as well as course management are concluded and discussed in this paper. Mean while, some successful teaching experiences on curriculum and teaching reform proposed by other col leges and universities are also included. Six pieces of thoughts and suggestions are put forward to im prove the education quality of undergraduate in engineering in China.
