摘要
机构的锁定功能对机构的安全性和可靠性起至关重要的作用。对典型机构的过中心锁定原理进行分析,提出机构过中心锁定的可靠性分析模型和过中心角度的计算方法,分析影响机构过中心锁定可靠性的因素。分析结果表明,在平面四连杆机构中,从动件的尺寸及其变异系数对机构过中心锁定的可靠性影响显著。所提出的机构过中心锁定可靠性分析方法可为机构过中心锁定设计提供有益参考。
Locking function of a mechanism plays a significant role in safety and reliability. The operating principles of over-center locking in typical mechanisms and influencing factors of reliability to mechanism over-center locking are illustrated. A universal reliability analytical model of over-center locking mechanism is built and the algorithm of over-center angles is proposed. The result shows that in a planar four-bar mechanism, the dimension of driven link and variation coefficients have prominent influence on the reliability of over-center locking. The models and methods proposed could provide helpful reference in designing over-center locking of mechanisms.
