摘要 为获取加工中心五大件准确的动、静态特性,进行有限元计算与模态测试相结合的分析研究,以立柱和主轴箱两大件为例进行说明。首先,通过有限元计算结果与模态测试结果对比分析得出各大件的固有频率和振型,两者的相互吻合验证了有限元模型建立的精确性。然后以该有限元模型为基础进行静态分析,得出各大件的最大应力及变形等数据。以上分析可为加工中心结构尺寸优化和拓扑优化设计指明方向,并提供可靠依据和约束条件。 To obtain accurate static and dynamic characteristics of five main components of machining center, an approach based on finite element analysis and modal test is proposed and illustrated by taking column and spindle box for example. Firstly, some finite element analysis and modal tests are carried out, and comparison of their results, shows their good agreement, which verified the accuracy of models. Meanwhile, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of main components are also obtained. Then the static analysis is performed by using the same analysis model, through which the maximum stress and deformation data of each component were obtained. The results clearly provide reliable basis and constraints of size and topology optimization of machining centers.
