Parallel On-line Testing for Digital Microfluidic Biochip

摘要 在数字微流控生物芯片的并行测试过程中,将芯片阵列分成等大的子阵列块,在生物实验模块布局的限制下,对相应的子阵列块进行合并与调度,以实现芯片阵列的并行测试.同时,通过实验验证了并行在线测试方法的有效性.结果表明,在不干扰生物实验过程的基础上,所采用的测试方法能够减少测试液滴的数目,提高在线测试的效率. A new parallel on-line testing scheme for digital microfluidic biochips was proposed. The biochip array under test is divided into same-size sub-arrays first, and these sub-arrays are tested parallel under biochip module placement constraints in the bioassay process. The proposed scheme reduces the number of test droplets and test application time efficiently, and it would not disturb the bioassay process. The ex- perimental results also prove the efficiency of the proposed on-line test scheme.
