斑茅种质资源研究进展

Advances in germplasm resources of Erianthus arundinaceum

斑茅(Erianthus arundinaceum)是甘蔗属近缘物种之一,具有可再生、资源丰富、分布广泛、纤维含量高等特点,是甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum)育种改良与创新的重要基因库,同时,也作为新兴能源植物被研究和利用。本文综述了野生斑茅形态学、细胞学、蛋白质和分子标记技术及育种的研究进展,并对斑茅种质资源研究中存在的问题提出了建议,以期为进一步研究斑茅种质资源提供借鉴与参考。

Erianthus arundinaceum, a related species of Saccharum, possesses various desirable characlers of good renewability, rich resources, wide distribution and high cellulose. It＇s the most important germ-plasm being used to broaden the genetic base of sugarcane as well as an emerging energy plant to be studied and utilized. This paper made a review from aspects of morphology, cytopathology and protein, molecular marker techniques and breeding on wild E. arundinaceurn, and put forward suggestions for further study in order to provide reference to the research on germplasm research of E. arundinaceum.
