摘要
研究了在高氮/低氧混合气氛下热处理对氧化铝粉体表面特性及粉体抗水解性能的影响。实验结果表明:经过600℃改性后的AlN粉末表面覆盖了氧化铝薄膜层结构,粉末在水中具有较好的稳定性,有效地抑制了AlN粉末与水的反应,阻碍了水向AlN粉末表面侵蚀的作用,提高AlN粉末在潮湿环境的抗水化能力,且热处理后粉末在水溶液中高剪切应力球磨过程中具有非常好的稳定性。
Effect of heat treatment of aluminum nitride powder on its properties and hydration resistance has been investigated in nitrogen and oxygen mixed Atmospheres. The results show that the 600℃ treatment of the A1N powder is favorable for promoting hydration resistance owing to the formation of oxidation product on the surface of A1N particles, which form a diffusion barried between water and A1N surface, restrain hydrolysis reaction and increases the water-resistance of A1N powder in wet environment.
