ENERGY SAVING ANALYSIS AND HEAT BALANCE TESTING OF A CERAMICS FACTORY TUNNEL FURNACE

摘要 随着能源问题的日益突出,节能减排已成为我国的一项基本国策,也是企业经济效益的重要指标。本文通过对陶瓷厂隧道窑进行现场综合热工测量及数据采集,针对现有的热平衡情况进行计算,对比热支出项和热收入项中各项目所占比例,并结合厂内的具体情况给出了节能分析及改进措施。 With the question of energy issues, energy saving and emission reduction has become a basic national policy, but also is an important indicator of the economic efficiency of enterprises. Based on the ceramics factory tunnel furnace thermal measurement and data acquisition, the heat balances were employed. The energy saving analysis and improvement measures were given due to the proportion of each project the comparison hot expenditure items and hot-income items.
