论我国3PL企业的转型--以发达国家3PL发展为视角

本文通过介绍欧美、日本等发达国家第三方物流的发展,分析我国第三方物流企业的发展现状,提出我国第三方物流企业的转型升级可以从转变传统观念,建立战略联盟;加强物流装备及信息技术的应用;导入供应链管理,延伸3PL服务;加强物流专业人才的吸纳和培养四个方面着手。指出要促进我国第三方物流企业的转型升级,还需要中央和各级地方政府在物流法律法规上作进一步的规范完善,加强对物流行业的监管和标准化建设。同时,政府应加大物流园区和物流基础设施的建设力度,引导、推动社会资本参与建设。

Through the introduction of the third party logistics （3PL） development of Europe, Japan and other developed countries and the analysis of the present situation of China＇ s 3PL enterprise development, this paper proposed our 3PL enterprises should promote their transformations and upgrading from the four aspects of changing the traditional concepts to establish strategic alliances, strengthening the logistics equipment and the application of information technology, introducing the supply chain management to extend 3PL services and enhancing the professional acquisition and training. Additionally, it pointed out that the central and local governments at all levels should perfect the logistics laws and regulations and strengthen the supervision and standardization construction as to promote the upgrading of our country＇ s 3PL enterprises; at the same time, the gov- ernment should increase the constructions of logistics parks and logistics infrastructures as to introduce the social capital into the construction.
