内蒙古中小企业集群发展的问题与对策--以呼包鄂经济圈为例

中小企业是内蒙古地区国民经济高效运行和发展的重要力量,产业集群的形成与发展为中小企业的快速发展带来了有效途径和契机。本文以呼包鄂经济圈为例,重点分析了内蒙古中小企业集群发展的现状和存在的主要问题,并从推行现代企业制度,提升技术创新能力,培育龙头企业,加强分工与协作,完善服务体系等方面提出了促进内蒙古中小企业集群发展的建议与措施。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the important strength of regional economic development in Inner Mongolia, and the formation and development of the industry clusters bring the effective ways and opportunities for small and medium-sized en- terprises. As a case according to the economic circle of Hohhot and Baotou and Ordos City, the article analyses the current situation and development problems on the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters in Inner Mongolia, and then puts for- ward the suggestions and measures for developing the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters.
