摘要
本文兼顾企业和劳动者两个维度,重新修正了人力资本增值的内涵,提出企业人力资本增值的新观念。从人力资本价值"贡献观"出发,运用柯布-道格拉斯函数,提出应用模糊计量法对企业当期人力资本创造的价值及增值进行测度的思路。通过时间序列分析,总结出企业人力资本增值的总体趋势。
The paper modified the connotation of human capital appreciation from two dimensions of enterprise and laborer, and put forward a new idea of enterprise human capital appreciation. From the viewpoint of human capital contribution, by using the Cobb-Douglas function, the paper proposed the thought to measure enterprise current human capital value and added value by fuzzy measurement. Through the time series analysis, the paper summarized the general trend of the enterprise human capital appreciation.
