摘要
为了减少电镀行业重金属对环境的污染及节约资源,基于物质流分析原理,根据电镀企业重金属的物质流向,建立了镍物质流模型,分析了影响重金属减排效果的主要因素与机理;采取源头削减的清洁生产理念,找到了减排方案及适用的减排对策,从而减少和扼制重金属排入环境。
A substance flow model of Ni was established on the basis of the principle of substance flow analysis and in relation to the substance flow direction of heavy metals in electroplating enterprises so as to reduce the environmental pollution caused by electroplating heavy metals and to save resources.The main factors influencing the discharge reduction in electroplating enterprises as well as their action mechanism were analyzed.Besides,suitable plans and countermeasures for discharge reduction in electroplating industry were proposed based on clean production idea involving discharge reduction from the sources.Hopefully,the present research was to provide guidance to reduce and eliminate electroplating heavy metals into environment.
