摘要
环保型镁合金表面处理技术已成为研究的热点。着重论述了镁合金表面无铬转化的研究现状,分析了现有各种工艺的优缺点,指出了今后的研究重点为适应多种镁合金基材,加强工艺的稳定性,进一步推广实际应用。
A review was given about the current status and research progress of Cr-free conversion technology for Mg alloy.The advantages and disadvantages of various processes were analyzed.It was suggested that more attention should be paid to the study of Mg-matrix adaptability and process stability of Cr-free conversion technology used for Mg alloy,while the application of novel Cr-free conversion technologies applicable to Mg alloy should be promoted in a broadened scope.
