电催化氧化降解甲基嘧啶磷废水的实验研究 被引量:5

Study on the degradation of pirimiphos-methyl wastewater by electrocatalytic oxidation

摘要 以铅合金板作阳极、不锈钢板为阴极,对甲基嘧啶磷生产废水的COD进行电催化氧化去除,研究了初始pH、电流密度和反应时间对去除效果的影响及电催化氧化条件下甲基嘧啶磷的降解机理。研究结果表明,在初始pH为7、电流密度为0.020 A/cm2、反应时间4 h时,废水中的COD由原来约100 000 mg/L降至约30 000 mg/L,去除率近70%,颜色也由棕红色达到近乎无色。 Using lead alloy as anode and stainless steel as cathode,the COD of wastewater from pirimiphos-methyl production has been removed by electrocatalytic oxidation. The effects of initial pH,current density and reaction time on its removing efficiency and the degradation mechanism of pirimiphos-methyl under electrocatalytic oxidation conditions are investigated. The results show that when the initial pH is 7, current density 0.020 A/cm2, and reaction time 4 h ,the COD in wastewater decreased from about 100 000 mg/L originally to about 30 000 mg/L,removing rate reaches nearly 70% and the color turns from red brown originally to almost colorless.
