摘要
为了探索一种有效的退偏方法,利用密勒矩阵和斯托克斯矢量分析了旋转波片和旋光器对单色光的退偏效应,阐述了退偏机理,推导出了旋转λ/2波片和旋光器的复合退偏的理论表达形式,并用平均密勒矩阵和斯托克斯矢量建立了退偏度和各个参量的关系。结果表明,这种设计对线偏振光的退偏状况较好,对退偏器的设计与研究有一定的参考价值。
Depolarization is a main parameter of the depolarizer. In order to explore an effective method, based on rotating wave - plate and the rotator, the multiplex depolarization effect on monochromatic light is analyzed by Stokes vector and Muller matrix. Mechanism of depolarization is described, meanwhile, the theoretical expression of complex depolarization with the rotating - wave plate and the rotator is deduced. The relationship of various parameters is conducted by the average Muller matrix and the Stokes vector. The result shows that this design is in good condition to linearly polarized light. There are some reference value to the depolarizer design and research.
