摘要
差分吸收光谱技术测量空气中痕量气体浓度时,结果准确性受标准差分吸收截面和仪器函数影响。为此,提出采用多种浓度样气计算差分吸收截面的方法,将测得的差分吸收截面应用于实验室SO2样气的测量,得到SO2气体浓度相对误差为1.67%;现场测量大气中SO2气体浓度最大值为66.73ppb,最小值为12.49ppb,日平均浓度为28.2ppb,符合当地实际。实验表明,该方法能够准确测量大气中SO2气体浓度。
Different Optical Absorption Spectrometry is a widely used method to determine concentrations of atmospheric species. The accuracy of computational solution depends on the absorption cross - section and instrument function. The paper has put forward getting standard cross - section method using a variety of density cell spectra. The method is used to measure the concentration of S02 in laboratory condition and the errors of concentration inversion results are no more than 1.67%. Through field experiment, the atmospheric SO2 changed from 66.73ppb to 12.49ppb with the mean value 28.2ppb. The experiments indicate, this method can satisfy the need for online gas monitoring.
