真空感应熔炼的碳烧损及氧含量影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用真空感应法熔炼K403及K417G镍基高温合金,熔炼期间用无纸记录仪进行监控。调整C的初始加入量和精炼时间,确定出合金熔炼期间的参数变化对C烧损及O含量的影响。结果表明:镍基高温合金K403真空感应熔炼期间,随C初始加入量由0.03%、0.09%增加至0.18%的过程中,合金中C烧损量由2.2%、3.8%增加至16.1%,合金中O含量由42×10-6、28×10-6降低至5×10-6;当精炼时间由30 min增加至40 min时,合金中C烧损量由7.7%提高至8.8%,合金中O含量由20×10-6降低至15×10-6。熔化速度和真空度对镍基高温合金K417G中的C烧损及O含量影响较大,熔化速度慢和初始真空度低,C的烧损量增大,但熔化速度慢有利于降低合金中O含量。精炼期间真空度对合金的气体含量影响较大,精炼期高真空有利于降低合金中的O含量。 Vacuum induction melting method with the paperless recorder was applied to melting the nickel-based superalloy K403 and K417G. The influences of parameters' change on carbon burning loss and oxygen content during the melting were determined by adjusting the initial addition content of carbon and refining time. The results show that during the melting, with the increase of initial addition content of carbon from 0.03%, 0.09% to 0.18%, the carbon burning loss increased from 2.2%, 3.8% to 16.1%, and the oxygen content of the alloy decreased from 42x10-6, 28x10~ to 5x10~; with the increase of refining time from 30 mJn to 40 min, the carbon buming loss increased from 7.7% to 8.8%, the oxygen content decreased from 20x 10-~ to 15 x l0~. The melting rate and vacuum degree have great influence on the carbon loss and oxygen content for the superalloy K4 ] 7G. With the low melting rate and vacuum, the carbon buming loss increased but low melting rate was beneficial to reducing of the oxygen content of the alloy. The influence of vacuum during refining on alloy gas content is great, high vacuum during the refining period can reduce the oxygen content in the alloy.
