摘要
针对高强变形镁合金ZK60A生产过程中,锆以价格较昂贵的Mg-Zr中间合金形式加入,造成合金生产成本高的实际情况,本研究以价格较低的海绵锆加入合金制备ZK60A镁合金。结果表明,常规工艺条件下,以海绵锆的形式加入锆,锆的实收率为21.1%;以Mg-30Zr中间合金的形式加入锆,锆的实收率为34.8%。改进海绵锆的加入工艺,锆的实收率可提高至26.3%,加入海绵锆1.8wt.%时可制备出锆含量及晶粒尺寸合格的ZK60A镁合金坯锭,较以Mg-30Zr中间合金的形式加入方式,每吨ZK60A镁合金降低生产成本9 032元人民币。
In the preparation process of high tensile deformation ZK60A magnesium alloy, zirconium is usually added in the form of Mg-Zr master alloy that is more expensive. The ZK60A magnesium alloy prepared by lower price zirconium sponge was studied. The results show that the zirconium yield is 21.1% with zirconium sponge in the conventional process conditions. The zirconium yield is 34.8% with Mg-30Zr master alloy. The zirconium yield can be increased to 26.3% with zirconium sponge when the adding process of zirconium sponge is improved. The qualified ZK60A magnesium alloy in zirconium content and grain size can be prepared with 1.8wt.% zirconium sponge addition, and the production cost can be reduced 9 032 Yuan RMB per ton.
