摘要
对ND5车轮心进行铸造工艺设计,并利用MAGMA软件对工艺方案进行模拟优化。通过采用轮毂、轮辋同时进水的底注式浇注系统,合理设置保温冒口、补贴及冷铁,以及一系列生产控制措施,有效地防止了裂纹和缩孔的产生。生产出的铸件完全达到TB/T 1400—2005《机车用铸钢轮心技术条件》要求,装车运行以来质量稳定、可靠。
The casting process of ND5 cast steel wheel center was designed and optimized on the basis of the solidification simulation by MAGMA software. Some measures were employed such as bottom gating system including two runners on rim and wheel, a reasonable set of feeders, pads and chills, as well as a series of production process control measures to effectively prevent the crack and shrinkage of the casting. The qualified castings were produced successfully, which fully meet requirements of "Technical Conditions of Radial of Cast Steel Wheel Center Used in Locomotives" (TB/T 1400--2005 ). And the quality of castings was stable and reliable after the loading operation.
