摘要
圆锥破碎机上架体为大型铸钢件,质量要求高。为提高圆锥破碎机上架体的工艺出品率和产品合格率,通过对上架体铸件进行结构分析,采用模数法对大型半齿轮冒口补缩工艺进行计算,并通过增加外冷铁,改进浇注系统等措施对铸造工艺进行优化。最后生产出合格的上架体铸件,为今后此类铸件的生产提供了宝贵的经验。
Cone crusher top rack body is a kind of large steel casting that has high quality requirements. In order to improve the yield and rate of qualified products of the rack body for cone crusher, through the analysis on the structure of the casting and usage of module calculation method, casting process was optimized by improving gating system and increasing surface chill. After optimization, the technological yield increased and high-quality casting could be stably produced, which provided valuable experience for the future production of such castings.
