Vocational College Libraries Must Serve for Work-study Combination

高职院校目前普遍存在模仿普通高校模式的现象,忽视了自身的特点,导致目标不明确,结构不合理。"工学结合"的人才培养模式要求高职院校图书馆在组织机构、资源管理、队伍建设等方面进行改革,建设具有高职院校特色的图书馆模式。

At present, higher vocational college libraries commonly follow the mode of colleges and universities intentionally or unintentionally, but ignore its own feature and practical condition. This leads to problems such as the unclear goals and inflexible structure. The mode of talent cultivation based on workstudy combination promotes the reform of library organization, resource development and management and staff construction in higher vocational colleges, in order to form the library management mode gradually with higher vocational college＇s features.
