河南油田氮气泡沫调驱技术研究与应用 被引量:16

摘要 在河南下二门油田油藏条件下,利用Ross-Miles法,研究了起泡剂质量浓度对表面活性剂起泡性能和稳定性能的影响,提出当起泡剂质量浓度为临界胶束质量浓度时,起泡体系具有最佳的泡沫性能。应用室内泡沫发生装置,研究了泡沫的气液比以及注气速度对泡沫封堵性能的影响,并针对不同渗透率地层做了泡沫调驱的适应性评价。实验结果表明:当气液比为1.5∶1.0,注气速度为0.9 mL/min时,泡沫具有最佳的封堵能力,后续水驱仍能保持较高的残余阻力系数;泡沫调驱适用于渗透率较高的地层,对低渗层的封堵效果较差。下二门油田进行的泡沫调驱先导试验结果表明,区块整体含水明显下降,增油效果显著。 Effect of foaming agent conccntration on the foaming performance and stability performance of surfactant is studied with Ross-Miles methods under the condition of Xiaermen Oilfiehl in Henan. It is put forward that the bubbling system has the best foaming performance when the foaming agent concentration is the critical mieelle concentration. The effects of the gas-liquid ratio and the gas injection tale on the foam plugging performance are studied through foam generation device, and the adaptability of foaming flooding is evaluated to the strata with different permeabilities. The results show thai when the gas-liquid ratio is 1.5:1.0 and the gas injection rate is 0.9 ml/min, the foam has the best plugging performance and keeps a high residual resistance coeMeient in the subsequent water flooding period. The foaming flooding is suitable for the high permeability reservoir and has a poor plugging resuh for the low permeability reservoir. In addition, after the pilot lest of foaming flooding in Xiaermen Oilfield, the water cut of experiment area is decreased and the oil production is increased significantly.
