摘要
本文研究了金刚石表面镀Ni层的形貌和不同含量CeO2的加入对铁基结合剂镀Ni金刚石节块性能的影响。结果表明:稀土CeO2的加入对铁基结合剂镀Ni金刚石节块的抗弯强度有一定的影响;当CeO2加入量为0.8%时,能得到最优的性能。
In this paper, the surface composite coating of diamond was studied. The effects of different amounts rare earth CeO2 on properties of Fe-matrix bonding diamond segment were investigated. The results showed that the CeO2 additives had some influences on the bending strength of diamond segments ; When the addition amounts were 0.8% , the diamond segments have optimal properties.
