摘要
以贵州某地高岭土为原料,利用水热合成法制备NaA沸石。在探索较优的工艺条件时,提出通过正交试验设计来优化方案。根据因素水平数、交互作用的情况,选取正交表L27(313)来进行试验研究。最后通过正交试验结果分析,得到了较佳的合成工艺条件:高岭土煅烧温度和时间分别为800℃、2.5 h,成胶老化温度和时间分别为70℃、2 h,晶化温度和时间分别为95℃、3 h。按照得到的较优方案,制得了符合质量的NaA沸石,也为当地资源的多元利用提供了试验资料。
NaA Zeolite has been prepared by using hydrothermal synthesis from the raw material of kaolin in somewhere of Guizhou. For Exploring the optimum process conditions, it is proposed to optimize the program by means of the orthogonal experimental design. According to the number of factors and levels, interaction, select the orthogonal table L27 (3^13) to carry through the experimental study. Finally, a better synthesis conditions are obtained via the analysis of orthogonal experiment results: the kaolin calcination temperature and time are 800℃ and 2.5h, the gel aging temperature and time are 70 ℃ and 2 h, the crystallization temperature and time are 95℃ and 3 h. On the basis of the optimum solution, the NaA zeolite in line with the quality is prepared, and it also provides the test data for the multiple use of local resources.
