脑微出血的研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 脑微出血（cerebralmicrobleeds，CMBs）是脑内微小血管病变所致的、以微小出血为主要特征的一种脑实质亚临床损害，与腔隙性脑梗死（1acunarinfarction，LI）、脑白质疏松（Leukoaraiosis，LA）及皮质下动脉硬化性脑病（Binswangerdisease）等同属于脑小血管病（smallvesseldisease，SVD）。由于通常无相关临床症状和体征，常规CT和MRI扫描均不敏感，因此以往无法在患者中检出。随着神经影像学的发展，
