On Designing of Financial Market for Strategic New Industries

培育和发展战略性新兴产业已成为我国经济社会发展的重要战略任务,而作为金融市场重要组成部分的资本市场,在战略性新兴产业演进过程中具有重要的支持作用。本文以产业生命周期理论为切入点,在分析资本市场支持战略性新兴产业演进过程的基础上,探讨了资本市场支持战略性新兴产业演进的机理性框架,并进一步提出了资本市场支持战略性新兴产业培育、发展与升级的政策建议。

Finance is the core of Modern economic. And it has become the mechanism to Chinese economic development and industry structure adjustment.During the Programming, cultivating and developing strategic emerging industry is the key point of promoting China＇s Social and economic sustainable development at present. Financial support plays a key role of the core and foundation in fostering strategic industries. This paper deeply approaches to the problem to study on finance supporting to state developing of China strategic emerging industry, which will render important theory guide and stratecy reference to China establishing scientifically high-efficience industry development policy and finance economic policy, and which possesses very important theory and practice significance.
