摘要
广州发展低碳产业面临着经济发展、增长方式、能源结构和自主创新几个方面的挑战。发展低碳产业是系统工程,需要科学规划、统筹兼顾、重点推进、协调发展,要着重在培育龙头企业、制定产业规划、加强自主创新、增加森林碳汇、完善交易市场、构建政策体系等方面,制定和实施广州发展低碳产业的主要对策。
Based on the analysis of the key role of low-carbon industry in low carbon Guangzhou, the basic situation of low-carbon industry in Guangzhou, and the challenges facing the development of low-carbon industry in Guangzhou, this article put forward countermeasures for Guangzhou＇ s low-carbon industry development. The countermeasures are as followed： cultivate leading companies, create industrial plans, strengthen independent innovation, increase forest carbon sins, improve trading markets, structure policy system, and etc.
