With the rapid development of Internet,network is becoming larger and more complex． But Internet technology brings forth a good thoughtway and solution for network management． In this paper heterogeneity computing models are discussed first． Secondly, the architecture and parts of network management are discussed in details． At last, characteristics of the network management based on Internet computing are presented．
