不同浓度水Hg灌溉对水稻产量和品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过土培桶栽水稻试验,以辽宁中部灌区近几年水质状况为背景,研究了灌溉水中重金属汞(Hg)的浓度对水稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明,当灌溉水Hg浓度在0.056mg/L以下时,对水稻结实率、每盆产量、穗长的影响不显著,对水稻的碾米品质无明显不利影响,对水稻的营养品质中蛋白质、直链淀粉含量无明显不利影响,对脂肪酸含量有抑制作用;低浓度的水Hg溶液对水稻每穗粒数、千粒重有促进作用;通过SPSS统计分析,稻米中的Hg含量与灌溉水中Hg的浓度呈显著正相关关系,当灌溉水中Hg的浓度超过0.008 3mg/L时,稻米中的Hg含量超过国家农业行业标准里的指标值(0.01mg/kg)。 In consideration of the irrigation water quality in the middle of Liaoning Province,this paper studies the influence of irrigation water with different concentration of Mercury on rice yield and quality through the experiment in which the rice is cultivated in buckets.The result shows that when the concentration of Hg in irrigation water is under 0.056 mg/L,its effects on rice seed setting rate,yield,ear length of each basin,rice milling quality,the nutritional quality of rice protein and amylase content,are not notable;It has inhibition effect on the content of fatty acid;the irrigation water with low concentration of Hg has promotion effect on the rice grain number per ear and grain.Through the statistical analysis of SPSS,it can be found that relation between Hg content in rice and that in irrigation water is positive correlation;when Hg concentration in the irrigation water exceeds 8.3× 10-3 mg/L,the Hg content in rice exceeds the national agricultural industry standard index value(0.01 mg/kg).
