页岩煤矸石混料中高混掺剩余污泥砖特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用剩余污泥为辅料,煤矸石页岩混合料为主料而制作出高混掺剩余污泥砖,制得0%、25%、30%、40%、40%(经振捣)污泥砖各1块。实验表明:污泥的掺入量决定了烧结砖含水率、体积收缩率和质量损失率等性能。通过对砖的抗压试验表明,随着剩余污泥混掺率提高,砖的抗压性能下降,但是通过振捣增加砖坯密实度的方法,可以提高烧结砖的性能。 Taking the remained sludge from sewage treatment plant(WWTP) as auxiliary material and the mixture of gangue and shale as main materials,five bricks with high blending of remained sludge and different ratio of remained sludge of 0%,25%,30%,40% and 40%(by vibration),respectively,are developed.The experimental results show that the content of remained sludge determines the performances of brick including moisture content,volume shrinkage and sintered mass loss rate.With the increase of remained sludge blended rate,the compression performance of the bricks falls,but the vibration can increase the adobe density to improve the performance of the fired brick.
