摘要 针对大型灌区监测数据量大、数据种类复杂、实时性要求高,空间相关性强等特点,基于WebGIS技术强大的空间分析、地图表达、数据存储与管理等优势以及富客户端开发技术,建立了基于WebGIS的灌区水利信息综合管理系统。该系统由水利信息综合数据库、信息共享服务平台以及信息资源管理与应用服务系统三部分构成,实现了灌区水雨情监测信息、水质信息、闸门信息、墒情信息、渠道信息、视频监控信息等水利信息的综合管理以及自动化办公等日常应用,为灌区的管理和决策提供全面的技术支持,提高了灌区管理工作效率。 In view of the characteristics of those large irrigation districts,such as large volumes of monitoring data,complex data types,high real-time requirements,and strong spatial correlation,based on both rich client development techniques and those powerful advantages of the WebGIS Technology,such as spatial analysis,map expression,and data storage and management,a WebGIS-based Integrated Hydraulic Information Management System of large irrigation districts is built up in this study.Consisting of the following three parts,namely the comprehensive database of hydraulic information,the platform of information sharing,and the service system of information resource management and application,this system implements not only the integrated management of the irrigation districts hydraulic information,such as water and rainfall monitoring information,water quality information,sluice gate information,soil moisture information,channel information,and video monitoring information,but also such daily applications as office automation,through which full technical support for the management and decision-making of the irrigation districts is thereby provided and the management efficiency of those irrigation districts is then consequently improved.
