临床忆溯性研究与回顾性研究方法对比

Contrast to retrospective clinical study and a retrospective study method

目的:通过临床忆溯性研究的经验积累,结合回顾性研究的理念比较两种科研方法的异同点。方法:通过理论研究对比,比较两种方法异同点。结果:临床忆溯性研究的复杂性要比回顾性研究大得多,但回顾性研究可以和临床忆溯性研究结合使用将更有价值。结论:临床忆溯性研究虽然在某种程度上可以运用某些回顾性研究方法,如基于患者自我报告的大样本回溯性研究、大量临床病例治疗经验的整理、归纳与总结等,但传统的回顾性研究方法却无法代替临床忆溯性研究。

Objective： Through the accumulation of the experience of clinical recalling and retrospecting research methods, with the combination of retrospective research idea, to compare the similarities and differences of the two research methods. Method：To compare the similarities and differences of the two research methodsby the theoretical investigation. Result： The recalling and retrospecting research methods has more complexity than the retrospective research methods. While the combination of those two research methods will be of great meaning. Conclusion： Although the recalling and retrospecting research can use the methods of the retrospective research certain degree, such as self-report of retrospective research with large sample, the sorting out and summarizing of the clinical experiences with large number of clinical cases, et al. Recalling and retrospecting research methods can not be replaced by the the traditional retrospective research methods.
