摘要
从锦标赛理论出发,选取传播与文化产业上市公司2009—2011年64组面板数据,检验经营者薪酬差距与公司绩效之间的相关性,结果发现两者之间不存在相关关系。
Based on the tournament theory, the paper used 64 group panel data during 2009-2011 from listed firms of culture industries to test the relationship between the gap of managerial paymeist and corporate performance, the result shows that there is no support that was found for this theory.
