摘要
韩国数字出版法律制度具有扶持数字内容产业发展、法律手段与行政手段双管齐下、政府官办协会发挥重要职能、加强内容保护等特点,并呈现出加强对著作权人的保护、兼顾公众利益、适当维护在线服务商的利益、强化政府部门的权力以及明确电子定价制等趋势。
Korean digital publishing laws have characteristics such as： supporting the development of digital content industry; a combination of legal and administrative means; government-run associations playing important roles in enhancing the content protection. Besides, Korean digital press laws present some obvious tendencies, for instance, strengthening protection for copyright owners; taking the public interests into an account; adequately safeguarding ISPs＇ interests; strengthening the power of government departments and clearing e-book pricing system.
