Initial Exploration on the Academic Thoughts of Chinese Medicine Master Lu Zhizheng

目的:探讨国医大师路志正学术人生和学术思想。方法:从路志正学习中医的历程及其学术思想的形成过程入手进行分析。结果:路志正调理脾胃学术思想的形成分4个阶段,其思想倡导"中庸",用药谨尊"王道",融医学、国学、哲学、文学于一炉,自成一家,精通中医理论,擅长调理脾胃,把"持中央、运四旁;怡情志,调升降;顾润燥,纳化常"作为核心学术思想。结论:路老从医70余载,崇尚脾胃学说和温病学说,擅长中医内科、针灸,对妇科、儿科、外科等亦有很深的造诣。

Objective： To explore academic career and academic thoughts of Chinese medicine master Lu Zhizheng.Methods： Analysis start from the process of learning Chinese medicine of Lu Zhizheng,and the formation process of academic thoughts of him.Results： The formation of academic thoughts of regulating spleen and stomach of Lu Zhizheng is divided into four stages,moderation is promoted in his academic thoughts,＂ the king way＂ of medication is accorded to,and medicine,Chinese sinology,philosophy,literature are melted in a furnace,and his own style is made.He is excellence in Chinese medicine theory,and is good at regulating spleen and stomach.Base on the central spleen and stomach,adjustment organs,channels limbs and body,ets;Pleasure emotion,regulation ascending and descending of qi transportation of spleen and stomach;Consideration both moisture and dryness,normalization activating function of the spleen and stomach are the core academic thought.Conclusion： In his over 70-year medical career,Professor Lu advocates the theory of spleen and stomach and febrile disease theory,and he is skilled in TCM internal medicine and acupuncture,and he is also deeply knowledgeable about gynaecology,paediatrics and surgery.
