Experience of Li Li in the Treatment of Fetid Mouth Odor

目的:总结李鲤治疗口中异味临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理李鲤教授治疗口中异味的治疗方法。结果:李鲤根据淡、甘、苦、辛辣、酸腐或臭、咸、涩等不同口味辨证论治。脾胃气虚证用和中益气健脾法;脾胃湿热证用和中健脾、清热化湿法;胆热上犯证用疏肝利胆、健脾助运法;肺胃热盛证用清解肺胃、消积助运法;食滞中焦证用消食和胃、导滞去积法;肾虚水泛证用益气和中、补肾化瘀法;燥热伤津证用和中润燥生津法。结论:李鲤教授治疗口中异味疗效显著。

Objective： To summarize the experiences of Li Li in treating fetid mouth odor.Methods： Experiences of professor Li Li in treating fetid mouth odor were analyzed and summarized through learning with the teacher.Results： Li Li adopted syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the tastes of light,sweet,bitter,spicy,fetid odor or smelly,salted,acerbity.Spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome adopted the method of harmonizing the middle and replenishing qi and fortifying the spleen;Syndrome of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach adopted the methods of harmonizing the middle and fortifying the spleen,clearing heat and resolving dampness;Syndrome of gallbladder heat invading upward adopted the methods of soothing the liver-gallbladder,fortifying the spleen and aiding transformation.Lung-stomach heat excess syndrome adopted the methods of clearing the lung and stomach,helping to degest and aiding transformation;Syndrome of food accumulation in the middle energizer adopted the methods of promoting digestion and invigorating the stomach,removing food stagnation.Syndrome of kidney deficiency with water flood adopted the methods of replenishing qi and harmonizing the middle,tonifying kidney and dissipating stasis;Syndrome of dryness heat invading fluid adopted the methods of harmonizing the middle,moistening dryness and promoting fluid.Conclusion： Li Li has achieved significant efficacy in treating fetid mouth odor.
